Assessment creation from CBP guidelines for risk assessment

Ejyle crafted a combination of solutions to address this challenge by implementing a feature to import assessments from CSV into our platform which helps companies to create assessments quickly from their existing questionnaires. It also contains the feature to select existing ready-to-load category-based templates and customize them according to need.
Questionnaires can also be created using a user-friendly front-end panel where all the options will be in a single place for quick questions creation.

Business partners/Suppliers’ communication, and data collection

Ejyle deployed the solution to solve this real-world issue with an integrated communication feature for each question that covers attachments, queries, and associated criteria inside the questionnaire which fills the communication gap between the company and its suppliers using the course of assessment, which results in on-time submissions and error-free responses. Assessment flow gives freedom to capture answers and save partially completed assessments, the ability to review to change their responses/answers any time before submission, and partners can also track the approval status of assessments.

Time-bound response and submission status

Notification/alerts play a vital role in addressing this challenge where we have deadline based /queries-based alerts to ensure timebound submissions. The company also has the ability to track the status of partners’ assessments received, in progress, and completed.

Threat Analysis

Ejyle solution simplifies this issue in the most efficient way where sections and questions carry different weightage and scores to identify critical areas with our scoring algorithm.
All this data is seamlessly reviewed and analyzed in the PowerBI embedded version of the app which is presented in the form of reports and different management and compliance dashboards. This helps companies to understand data/identify threats easily and take quick decisions.

Training and Awareness

The platform is equipped with image-based user guides which can be easily understood and integrated with an advanced ticketing system to address feedback/grievances.
